BALBOA HOUSE

It was decided revive the original essence of the house. The home has been restored in its entirety with traditional techniques, artisan work. From the different pavements, carpentry, toilets and plaster coatings. The interior linings were in poor condition. From humidity to sagging walls, a fact that is barely necessary to lift all the plasters to correct the existing deficiencies to re-cast. A very precise job was carried out, while the perimeter cornices were restored, the new electrical installation hidden behind them was passed, with its pertinent records for proper maintenance. In addition, the central rose windows of points of light were recovered, details that relate the essence of Barcelona's architecture from the beginning of the 19th century.
