PALEAS HOUSE

The challenge is to find the balance between the existing and the new. Recuperate and revalue the attributes of the original apartment, discarding what blurs the look and disturbs the perception of the space that is desired to be spacious and open.

In the day area, the project blurs the central corridor that leads to the living room, allowing the light from the main façade to reach the center of the house, the lobby. In the night area, a storage area is generated that separates the public from the private and distributes the rooms.
